For the last few years in the state of Chhattisgarh several industrial Units have flocked to set up their ranging from small industrial units to mega projects. Vedanta Prakash industries, Jindal, NTPC Seepat, Lafarge Cement, Monet Ispat a few name which have ambitious plans for the state as for an industrial activity is concerned activity . These units require thousands of manpower especially technical manpower. But sadly enough there are not much technically capable manpower who can compete for the jobs that are going to be created in the future. In order to claim these jobs the youth have to be trained both in terms of technically and professionally which includes inculcation work ethics as practiced by the national and international business houses.
